SORSOGON CITY, 13Sept2013 (BicolToday.com) – Two employees of Sorsogon agriculture office face complaint of alleged grave misconduct and oppression before the Civil Service Commission (CSC) and are mandated to answer immediately before the body.
The complaint was filed by the concurrent chief of staff of the office of Governor Raul Lee.
The CSC gave notice to Teresa V. Destura, APDH and Jayne Cielo, OIC Administrative Officer of the provincial agriculture office, to submit their counter-affidavits under oath and the affidavits of their witnesses within ten (10) days in connection with the complaint for grave misconduct and oppression filed by Daniel P. Jazmin III, Cooperative Development Assistant II and concurrent chief of staff of the Office of the Governor.
CSC docketed the cases as AC No. CSCRO5 D-13-055 and AC No, CSCRO5-D-13-056 respectively.
Jazmin, in his complaints, alleged respondents conspired, confederated and refused to sign his salary voucher.
The complainant further alleged that Destura’s actuation is a direct affront to the appointing authority when she uttered that Jazmin stole his position.
Complainant Jazmin said that “filing directly with the Commission proper is to give fairness and impartiality of proceedings to the respondents, in view of the fact that complainant is the chief of staff of the office of the Governor and the grievance committee is chaired by the Governor”
Trying to get comments from respondents, it was learned that Destura is on an official foreign trip and Cielo was out of her office when visited. [BicolToday.com]
