MANILA, 10Sept2013 (PNA) – The Supreme Court (SC) on Tuesday stopped the release of the remaining Priority Development Assistance Funds for members of the 16th Congress under the General Appropriations Act of 2013.
During Tuesday’s en ban session, the SC justices decided to issue a temporary restraining order against the release of the PDAF for this year.
The TRO takes effect immediately until further orders from the SC.
