SORSOGON CITY, 6Sept2013 (BicolToday.com) – An anti-drug agent was subject of death threat and requested police assistance after several shots were fired at his house Wednesday early morning (September 4).
Agent Arnel Eriano Estrellado of Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) said in his complaint that his wife, Evelyn, heard gunshots in the wee hours of Wednesday, and upon daybreak, he saw empty shells of .45 caliber bullets scattered in his residence compound at Barangay Tugos, this city.
Estrellado also said he received an anonymous text message warning that his house was used as “sample”. Later, he found out that his kitchen door and walls were hit by stray bullets.
No motives were established yet pending police investigation, but Estrellado said the threat is job related. He refused to give farther details in the police report. [BicolToday.com]
