“I will tie-up with the district representatives to program priority funding to lessen poverty incidence in the province and duplicate existing model programs in other locality. This will be guided by indexes from the national anti-poverty commission,” he said in a statement by e-mail.

“I will be coordinating with the provincial development council and whenever feasible my presence in the countryside will give me a clearer picture how COOP NATCCO extends assistance to our beneficiaries, it includes non-cooperative members,” he said in the statement.

“An audience to our public officials not only to express my thanks for their support but to manifest my intention and of COOP NATCCO that we are ready to be co-partnering in their developmental goals as necessary,” he added. [BicolToday.com]
