This is a “wake-up call” to the parents @ proper authorities, such as the schools, DSWD and the City Social Welfare Dev’t Offices of LGUs.

Based on the facts, it’s possibly brought by a tall man and a lady who came in and out surreptitiously of the Capitol. This shows that they made the baby out of their love and “lust” with each other, otherwise, they’ll not bring their child at the Capitol.

Why? The Capitol is the seat of the LGU. Under the doctrine of the “parens patrea,” “The Government acts as guardian of the rights of the people.” I said a “wake-call” in the sense that today’s generation needs due attention and proper guidance from the parents and proper authorities.

Hopefully the ‘Bicol Express’ is finally expanded up to Matnog. If my memory won’t fail me, the extension was started from the time of President Diosdado Macapagal, continued by President Marcos, and then was dropped. It would be great for the Bicolanos.

Let’s hope all these corrupt officials will return the cash taken from this “learning equipment program” and be diverted in the fixation of our airport in Sorsogon.

To the extent of giving importance of Sorsogon Aviation, dapat lang naman pagtuonan na mapagana ang ating paliparan for our tourism and business projects.

Likewise, ang ating pier salamat at napaganda and reompolas pero kung gagawan pa ng mas pakipakinabang na laliman ang Sorsogon Bay para makapasok ang malalaking sasakyang pangdagat.
