Andaya ousted as House Majority Leader

QUEZON CITY, 22Jan19 — House Majority Leader Rolando Andaya was ousted from his post and replaced by Rep. Fredenil Castro.

Rumors say Andaya has overstretched his powers when he consumed his time bashing Budget Secretary Benjamin Diokno, neglecting other House concerns, going down the level of investigation Sorsogon projects, but has neglected to offer any help to Camarines Sur where he is running for governor.

Reports say there is pressure and clamor among house colleagues to remove Andaya from Majority Leader post. [BicolToday.com]
