VIRAC, Catanduanes (BicolToday.com) — The convergence, of minds, hearts and hands, was fired up in this island province known for its “howling winds” and sweet homemade ‘latik’, and manifested solidarity in bringing about the moving spirit behind the kick-off of ‘Brigada Eskwela’s mobilization of stakeholders for the national maintenance of public schools facilities.

Bicol DepEd Regional Director Ramon Fiel G. Abscede said the choice to galvanize actions of Brigada Eskwela for Bicol in this typhoon-torn island province tends to show the serious intentions of the government that public schools are ready & prepared to serve the needs of the school children in the opening of classes in June.
