SORSOGON CITY (BicolToday.com) – The reaction was civil and cultured to the Facebook post captioned “GENEROSITY” about the imposing banner hanging in the façade of the Bulwagan ng Katarungan building refurbished after twenty-nine years of wear and tear.
In his facebook page on March 6 three days after the inauguration of the newly repaired justice hall Edgar Tumangan “Please share and comment for your GENEROSITY” feature the façade of the justice hall building displaying tarpaulins expressing gratitude to Senator Chiz Escudero, Mayor Edwin Hamor and Vice-Governor Ester Hamor earning reactions from the netizens.
It did not pass the attention of the local judiciary employees when Fiat Justitia Ruant Coeli fb page posted a rejoinder to the issue.
The post said that the people working at the Bulwagan ng Katarungan know how to be grateful to generous people without compromising their independence and impartiality in performing their bounden duties as administrator of the justice system.
It added, “that they are apolitical but grateful to the politicians and local leaders who have concern for and commiserate with us for the sorry predicaments in the work we do in our workplace.”
By its words, it made public their expressed gratitude to Senator Chiz Escudero for sourcing the funds that included the construction of the two stories provincial prosecution office. It also made mention that the funds are for the repair/construction of the justice hall and mentioned Edwin Hamor and Ester Hamor as the contractor which after the infra works, it performed additional fabrication in all offices and courtrooms without additional cost to the government.
“These are what the people at the Bulwagan ng Katarungan⚖ are grateful for the generosity of the contractors and implementors of the project without additional cost to the government. These are all for public service, never for personal gains and favors”. Fiat Justitia Ruant Coeli is believed to be the provincial state prosecutor chief.
